SHIPPING POLICY

QUICK SUMMARY

• We currently ship only to Canada.
• Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend.
• Estimated total delivery time is 6–12 business days.
• Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China.
• Customs duties and import fees are included in the order total; customers should not be charged additional import fees at delivery.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and normally spend 5–9 business days in transit. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is 6–12 business days.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the same business day where possible. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

DELIVERY DESTINATION

We currently accept and deliver orders only to valid addresses in Canada. We do not currently ship to the United States, Australia, Spain or any other country.

FULFILMENT AND TRACKING

Anguissa is operated from Barcelona, Spain. Products are stored, packed and dispatched directly by our fulfilment partner in China. When your order ships, we will email a tracking link. Tracking information may need 2–5 business days to update after dispatch.

DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs inspections or public holidays. If an order is delayed, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate Canadian delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee changes after processing has started.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where applicable. We will investigate and provide an appropriate solution.
