These Terms of Service apply when you visit anguissa.com or purchase from Anguissa. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to describe products, colours, materials, sizing, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Product availability may change without notice. We may correct genuine typographical, pricing or inventory errors before an order is dispatched and will contact you if this materially affects your order.

PRICES, TAXES AND IMPORT COSTS

Prices shown at checkout are the prices charged for your order. Shipping to Canada is free. Applicable taxes, customs duties and import fees are included in the order total, and customers should not be charged additional import fees at delivery.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is accepted after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel or refuse an order where payment cannot be verified, an item is unavailable, information is clearly incorrect or fraud is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

The payment methods shown at checkout are the payment methods currently available. Payment details are securely processed by our payment providers; Anguissa does not store full card details.

SHIPPING

We currently deliver only to Canada. Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our fulfilment partner in China. Estimated total delivery is 6–12 business days. Full details are available at https://anguissa.com/policies/shipping-policy.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping, and no restocking fee is charged. Full eligibility, instructions and refund timing are available at https://anguissa.com/policies/refund-policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Anguissa name, logo, website design, original text, photographs and other content owned by Anguissa may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not misuse the website, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape protected data, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful purposes.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store may use trusted third-party services for payments, fulfilment, analytics and delivery. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to customers in Canada.
